• Addressing any concerns you may have with your care at JHAH
• Choosing or changing your Primary Care Physician
• Recognizing a staff member who has “gone the extra mile” in caring for you, or addressing something you feel we could have done better
• Requesting adjustments to JHAH services to meet the needs of persons with disabilities or special needs
