At Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) we are committed to providing the best possible healthcare for you and your family, whether you are coming in for an appointment at one of our specialty or primary care clinics, or if you are attending a JHAH MyChart Video Visit with your doctor on your smartphone.

Appointments during COVID-19

We are expanding our offering of in-person visits to Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. You can now choose your preferred type of visit, whether it’s a convenient video or telephone call or a face-to-face visit in one of our clinics. As we continue to take precautions to protect against the spread of COVID-19, you will experience changes in how you book your visit with us and the preventive measures we take at our facilities. Our patients, staff, and the community are our highest priority and we must do everything we can to keep them safe and healthy. We thank you for helping us maintain physical distancing in our waiting areas and hallways.

Primary care

Primary care clinic visits

We are gradually opening for in-person visits with our primary care doctors. We will continue to offer you the option of a convenient Telephone or MyChart Video Visit.

You can book your visit in MyChart, at the clinic, or by calling us at 800-305-4444 and selecting option 1.

MyChart Video Visits are offered for primary care visits. Use your active MyChart account to attend the visit. 

With a Telephone Visit, your doctor will call you directly. You do not need a MyChart account for a Telephone Visit and, before your visit, we will contact you with any preparation details you need.

Walk-in care

Our Walk-in Care Clinic is available to all JHAH registered patients who have an urgent but non-life threatening condition that does not require immediate emergency medical care.

Dhahran Walk-in Care entrance

For Walk-in Care visits, please use the Primary Care main entrance, located across from the Dental Clinic. 

Specialty care

We are gradually opening for in-person visits with our specialty care doctors. We will continue to offer you the option of a convenient Telephone or MyChart Video Visit.

Booking specialty clinic visits

Booking a new specialty clinic visit requires a referral from your primary care physician. First visits can be booked at the clinic, at 800-305-4444, or in MyChart, while follow-up visits can be booked at the clinic and at 800-305-4444.

Surgical care

We are gradually opening up for elective/non-urgent surgical procedures. Visits will be prioritized based on a case-by-case clinical evaluation and we will get in touch with you about your visit.

Radiology

We are gradually opening up for routine visits. Your visit will be scheduled based on the priority set by your doctor.

Dental care

We are gradually opening up for elective/non-urgent dental visits. We will prioritize patients, who had their visit canceled due to COVID 19.

We will continue to offer emergency visits with a general dentist so you receive the care that you need.

We advise you to contact the dental clinic on 800-305-4444 before coming to the clinic.

MyChart Video Visit is a virtual, face-to-face, consultation with your doctor. Booking a Video Visit is as easy as booking a regular appointment in MyChart.

You can use MyChart to book a visit with your primary care physician to address a new medical concern or a follow-up visit on a specific medical concern.  

Specialty care visits

If you been referred to one of our specialty clinics, you can book your first specialty visit in MyChart, at the clinic reception or by calling us. Follow-up visits will be booked at the clinic or you can call our central number at 800-305-4444.

One central number

Calling our central number will help you access all of our services and amenities. 

For appointments, call us at 800-305-4444 and select option one.

To speak to someone in person, call between Sunday and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Primary care visits

Calling our central number will give you the option to book a visit with your primary care physician to address a new medical concern or a follow-up visit on a specific medical concern.  

Specialty care visits

If you have been referred to one of our specialty clinics, you can book your visit at our central number.

If you have been referred to one of our specialty clinics, you can book your specialty appointment at the clinic's reception desk, whether it is your first visit or a follow-up visit.

Your first JHAH visit

Once you have been registered at JHAH, you will be ready to begin your healthcare journey with JHAH and book your first visit.

Referrals to our specialized services

Our specialty clinics and services provide the very latest treatment across a range of medical fields.

All specialized services start with an initial referral from your Primary Care physician or Care Team. This helps to ensure you see the most relevant experts. Walk-in visits for Specialty Care services are not available at any of JHAH’s hospitals or clinics. Before a specialty care visit is arranged, you may also be referred for further tests in order to provide a more accurate diagnosis.

If you think you may need to see a specialist, please first arrange a visit to see your Primary Care physician or Care Team. Once you have been referred to one of our specialty clinics, you can book your first specialty visit in MyChart, at the clinic reception or by calling us. Follow-up visits will be booked at the clinic or you can call our central number at 800-305-4444.
