Patient Relations
High-risk diabetics and hemodialysis patients need regular medical attention. Our care management team will work with you to ensure you have the best possible access to treatment. As part of the program, your specific needs will be assessed, you will have an individual care plan, and your care and progress will be closely monitored.
The duration of the course will be decided on a case-by-case basis, but we will usually work with you until your goals are reached.
This program is available to adult high-risk diabetics and hemodialysis patients. Participants must be Saudi Aramco employees or their eligible dependents who are registered with a JHAH network medical facility.
