All training takes place in a safe environment under the direct supervision of a designated trained instructor in a particular healthcare specialty.

Applications should be made through the applicant's university.

In line with the Saudi Vision 2030 and JHAH's commitment to be an inclusive workplace, we welcome the skills and talents of all individuals, including persons with disabilities.

Our programs

Established as part of the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision, the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Special Program aims to produce Saudi staff qualified in particular fields of health. JHAH has been selected to be part of this vision, and offers graduates of the College of Science practical experience and training in the fields of sterilization, blood drawing, phlebotomy, and infection control.

It provides an opportunity to complete the practical portion of your degree, in order to qualify for Professional Licensure by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. It combines students’ university-acquired academic knowledge with the practical skills of a healthcare worker, in a safe environment that promotes both professional and academic excellence, and under the skilled supervision of JHAH experts. The program aims to create competent clinical staff who are able to practice independently upon graduation.

The program is also offered to graduates who require extra work experience in order to receive a license to practice in Saudi Arabia, a directive of the Saudi Commission For Health Specialties (SCFHS).

A number of national and internationally adopted frameworks for undergraduate healthcare education were used to develop this course.
