Abqaiq Primary Care Clinic 

We provide essential services such as the distribution of medication, screening tests and immunizations,  and provide a variety of amenities at the clinic to make your time with us as comfortable as possible.

In many cases, you may find it most convenient to arrange appointments and check your medical information through our MyChart tool, from the comfort of your own home.

Abqaiq Primary Care Services

Primary Care Clinic

We offer an outstanding level of care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions. We aim to enhance your health through a comprehensive approach encompassing your mental and physical wellbeing.

You can make an appointment to see your doctor at our Primary Care Clinic. The easiest way is via your online health portal, MyChart. Once you have signed up, you will be able to quickly and easily schedule your visit, view test results, manage your medication refills and more.

Opening hours

Sunday through Thursday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Weekends and holidays: No service.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for urgent cases.

Health Education / Nurse Clinic

If you require more in-depth guidance towards managing your health goals, you can seek a referral to our Health Education / Nurse Clinic, or refer yourself. Our friendly and knowledgeable nurses offer advice on everything from diet and nutrition to home care.

Pharmacy services

We understand that it is not always possible to obtain your medication during working hours, which is why the pharmacy at Abqaiq Primary Care Clinic is open seven days a week, from early in the morning until late at night.

Opening hours

Pharmacy:
Seven days a week: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Anticoagulation Clinic: 
Sunday: 12:30 – 4 p.m.
Thursday: 7 – 11:30 a.m.
Weekends and holidays: No service.

To minimize any waiting time, we recommend that you request your medication/refill in advance of your visit, by using MyChart. Alternative contact details can be found on our Contact Us page.

Laboratory and screening tests

During your appointment, your doctor or nurse may ask you to provide a blood, urine or stool sample, or take an imaging test, in order for them to further analyse your condition. This may be required immediately or at a later date. Our medical team will talk you through the procedure and explain their reasons for requesting it.

Sunday - Thursday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays:  No service

Immunizations

Vaccinations can help protect you and your family from a wide range of illnesses, both at home and abroad. In our dedicated Immunization Room – located in the Group 2 Corridor of our Primary Care Clinic – you can receive preventive treatment for everything from flu to tetanus.

Children’s care

We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly clinic, and have a dedicated team who are specially trained in children’s care. Whether your child is suffering from an illness or requires a vaccination, you can rest assured they will be in capable hands.

We also encourage regular Well Child visits, so that we can monitor your child’s health at different stages of their growth.

We have taken great care to provide amenities and services that will make your visit to Abqaiq Primary Care as comfortable and efficient as possible.

Car parking

Parking at Abqaiq Health Center is conveniently located within a short walk of the Primary Care entrance.

Food and drink

If you would like a drink or a snack while you wait for your appointment – and you have not been asked to fast before your treatment – you can find vending machines stocking a range of nutritious refreshments within the clinic. 

Home Healthcare

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) Abqaiq Health Center offers Home Healthcare to our patients who cannot visit our health center. Home Healthcare trained JHAH healthcare professionals come to your home and provide services such as dressing changes and blood draws.

To find out if you or a loved one is eligible for Home Healthcare, speak to your Primary Care Physician at the Abqaiq Health Center.

Home Healthcare is associated with multiple benefits for the patient, including better quality of life, reduced stress, and greater satisfaction.
