Call for care support

Whether you need someone to talk to about specific health issues, if you are looking for answers to medical or emotional health questions related to COVID-19, or if you are in need of care support related to domestic abuse, our professionally trained care experts at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) are here to help. All calls will remain confidential.

Domestic Abuse Support Line

The JHAH Domestic Abuse Support Line is a provisional service, established during the current public health emergency. The stress and restrictions triggered by COVID-19 have resulted in an increase in domestic abuse and violence. 

Professionally trained JHAH staff are available to offer support and counseling to people experiencing domestic abuse.

Call 013-870-1920 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday to Thursday.

Emotional Help Line

This confidential service is available to all Saudi Aramco and JHAH employees, and their family members.

This service is to help you address your stressors, feelings, thoughts, and worries.

If you need further support, you may be referred for additional services or to alternative resources best suited to help you.

In case of an emergency, please visit or call your nearest Emergency Department.

The Emotional Help Line is available Sunday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Nurse Care Line

If you need someone to talk to about specific health issues – in English or Arabic – our caring and expert nurses are on hand to talk you through how to manage your condition at home, provide useful information, or direct you to an appropriate clinic.

Call 800-305-4444 and select option 3.

The Nurse Care Line is available Sunday to Thursday, 7 a.m to 7 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Please note that while our nurses are not able to diagnose medical conditions, they can help you contact someone who can help.
