Aligned with the Ministry of Health and World Health Organization directives, JHAH is taking proactive steps to prevent and limit COVID-19 and to ensure operational readiness and maintain flexibility should circumstances evolve in response to COVID-19.
Infection Prevention Entrance Screening is now in effect. All patients, family members and JHAH staff entering JHAH will be screened by nurses. This consists of applying hand sanitizer, wearing a mask, answering questions related to travel history, and being assessed for symptoms, including cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, and getting checked for high temperature using an infra-red non-contact thermometer.
If you have a medical question related to your health, our caring and expert nurses are here to help.
Call 800-305-4444 and select option 3 to speak to a nurse about your health.
If you would like to communicate with your healthcare team, you can use MyChart to message them or schedule a MyChart Video Visit.
MyChart Video Visit now offers you secure, virtual face-to-face interactions with a primary care physician.
The COVID-19 Mental Health Tool Kit is a COVID-19 guide for communities and patients in isolation, quarantine, and their family and friends.
Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) has also opened the Emotional Help Line to provide psychological support and counseling when needed for particularly exposed JHAH patients.
